Privacy Policy
Effective September 28, 2026
NGenSI is an independent strategic-intelligence and marketing-assistance service (“NGenSI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use the NGenSI website, application, services, and authorized integrations.
Information we collect
Account and business information
We may collect your name, email address, authentication information, business name, industry, location, goals, customer information, business-discovery answers, and other details you choose to provide.
Content and service activity
We process uploaded brand assets, prompts, campaign materials, generated content, recommendations, approvals, scheduling information, results, campaign metrics, support messages, feature usage, device information, IP address, and security logs.
Connected services
If you connect Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics, or another supported service, we receive the identifiers, account or Page names, permissions, and authorization tokens needed to provide the connection. We may request reporting or performance data when you use the relevant feature. We never ask for or store your social-media password.
Payments
Stripe processes payment-card information. NGenSI receives subscription, customer, transaction, and billing-status information but does not store complete card numbers.
How we use information
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve NGenSI.
- Generate requested strategies, campaigns, images, recommendations, and reports.
- Connect authorized third-party accounts and perform actions you approve.
- Process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, and maintain billing records.
- Protect accounts, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot failures.
- Communicate about service activity, security, support, and material policy changes.
- Comply with law and enforce our agreements.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed with service providers that help operate NGenSI, which may include Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel and Railway for hosting, Stripe for billing, and AI, search, analytics, or connected-platform providers used for a feature you request. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a business transaction, or with your direction.
We do not sell personal information or use connected social-account data for unrelated advertising.
Facebook and Instagram data
Meta account connections are optional. NGenSI accesses only the Pages and professional accounts you authorize and only within the permissions displayed by Meta. Connecting an account does not authorize unreviewed publishing. You can revoke access through NGenSI or your Meta account settings. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect security, resolve disputes, maintain required financial records, and meet legal obligations. When you disconnect a social account, NGenSI deletes the saved authorization token and connection record. Backup and legally required records may remain for a limited period.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible account information. You may disconnect integrations, revoke permissions through the connected provider, cancel subscriptions through billing management, and control browser cookies through your browser. Some records may be retained when legally required.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards including encrypted transport, restricted access, tenant-level access controls, encrypted integration tokens, authentication, monitoring, and approval gates. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
NGenSI is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
U.S. processing
NGenSI is operated in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate contractual and legal protections.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as NGenSI evolves. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@ngensi.com. Do not email passwords, access tokens, payment-card numbers, or sensitive authentication information.
